1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by HelloJuno ABN [ABN Number] ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

HelloJuno provides web design, development, and SEO services. Our services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Website maintenance and support
• Content management system (CMS) implementation
• Website hosting consultation

3. Project Process

Our standard project process includes:

1. Discovery: Initial consultation to understand your requirements
2. Proposal: Detailed quote and project scope
3. Design: Visual design with revision rounds as agreed
4. Development: Building the website or implementing SEO strategies
5. Review: Client testing and feedback
6. Launch: Going live with your new website

4. Payment Terms

For web design projects:

• 50% deposit required before work commences
• 50% balance due upon project completion, before launch
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately

For SEO retainer services:

• Monthly invoicing at the start of each billing period
• 30 days notice required for cancellation
• No lock-in contracts

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

• Provide content, images, and feedback in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to use any content you provide
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

7. Revisions

Web design projects include 2 rounds of revisions as standard. Additional revisions may be charged at our hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of design presentation.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
