    Overview

Universal Ability is an NDIS registered provider offering psychology and allied health services across Western Sydney. They partnered with Hello Juno to design and develop a high performing website that would improve online visibility, attract more participants, and convert traffic into real enquiries.

As a growing provider in a competitive NDIS market, Universal Ability needed a website that was not only visually professional but also strategically built for SEO and lead generation. Our goal was to create a platform that positioned them as a trusted provider while increasing their rankings across key service areas.

    Strategy

At Hello Juno, our website design and SEO strategy focused on combining user experience with search engine performance.

We began with in depth keyword research targeting high intent search terms such as NDIS provider Westmead, disability support services Parramatta, and allied health services Western Sydney. These keywords formed the foundation of the website structure and content.

We mapped out the full user journey to ensure participants, families, and referrers could easily navigate the site. Many NDIS users are unfamiliar with technical language, so we prioritised clear, simple messaging that explained services in an accessible way.

Local SEO played a critical role. We built suburb focused landing pages to help Universal Ability rank in specific geographic areas. This improved their ability to appear in both Google search results and the local map pack.

We also implemented a content strategy designed to target long tail keywords and common search questions. This approach supports both traditional SEO and emerging generative search platforms, positioning the website for long term growth.

    Design

The website design was created to reflect trust, clarity, and inclusivity. As a disability service provider, it was essential that the website felt welcoming and easy to navigate for all users.

We designed a clean and modern interface with a strong visual hierarchy. This ensured that users could quickly find key services such as support workers, behaviour support, and allied health services without confusion.

Service sections were structured using clear content blocks, making it easier for users to scan information. We also introduced team and service-based layouts to help build trust and connection with potential participants and their families.

The colour palette and typography were selected to balance professionalism with warmth, reinforcing Universal Ability’s position as a trusted Registered NDIS Provider in Western Sydney.

    Development

Hello Juno developed the website with performance, SEO, and scalability in mind.

The site is built as a fast, mobile first website with optimised loading speeds and clean code architecture. This ensures a seamless experience across all devices while meeting Google’s performance standards.

We implemented technical SEO best practices including structured data, optimised meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and proper indexing setup through Google Search Console.

The website structure was carefully developed to help search engines understand the relationship between services and locations. This improves keyword relevance and ranking potential.

We also integrated streamlined enquiry forms to maximise conversions. The goal was to make it as easy as possible for users to take the next step and contact the business.

Ongoing SEO work included content creation, local SEO optimisation, and continuous monitoring using tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.

    Outcome

The combination of strategic web design and ongoing SEO has delivered strong results over a six-month period.

Universal Ability experienced over 190% growth in search impressions, significantly increasing their visibility across Google. This means more people searching for disability support services in Western Sydney are now discovering their website.

Website clicks increased by approximately 40%, driving more qualified traffic from users actively searching for services such as support coordination and behaviour support.

Keyword rankings also improved, with an average position increase of around 20%. This has helped Universal Ability move closer to the first page for competitive local search terms.

Most importantly, the business has seen a clear uplift in enquiries from participants and referrers. The website is no longer just an online presence. It is now a core lead generation tool supporting business growth.

Universal Ability now holds strong visibility across suburbs including Westmead, Parramatta, Merrylands, and Wentworthville, positioning them as a trusted Disability Service Provider in Western Sydney.
