Overview

NDHS is a disability support provider delivering supported independent living and mental health services. When they partnered with Hello Juno, their challenge was not just being found online — it was how their brand was being experienced.

Their previous website did not reflect the level of care they provided. Potential clients were landing on the site without a clear understanding of services, which created hesitation and uncertainty.

For NDHS, this led to a lack of confidence in their digital presence. They knew they were delivering strong outcomes for their clients, but their website was not supporting that growth.

Strategy

Our approach focused on one core objective: make NDHS feel like the right choice from the first interaction.

We built a strategy around how real users search for disability support services. Families, participants, and coordinators are often navigating complex and emotional decisions. They need clarity, reassurance, and trust immediately.

We focused on:

• Expanding search visibility across relevant service areas
• Creating clear pathways that guide users toward action
• Removing confusion so users feel confident engaging

Every decision was built around improving how the brand is perceived and experienced.

Design

The design direction prioritised simplicity and emotional clarity.

We created a clean, structured layout that allows users to move through the site without feeling overwhelmed. Clear sections, intuitive navigation, and thoughtful spacing help users process information quickly.

The overall experience feels calm and supportive. This was intentional.

NDHS now has a website that reflects the care they provide, allowing them to confidently direct potential clients online without hesitation.

Development and SEO

From a development and SEO standpoint, the focus was on building strong foundations for long-term growth.

We implemented structured service pages, optimised metadata, and refined the site architecture to improve how search engines understand and rank the website.

At the same time, we expanded keyword coverage so NDHS could appear in a wider range of searches related to disability support, SIL, and mental health services.

This allowed the business to move from limited visibility to a much broader presence across Google.

Results

Over a six-month period, NDHS experienced significant growth in online visibility and engagement.

• Search visibility increased by over 3,000%, meaning the brand is now being seen by substantially more people
• Website traffic grew by over 600%, bringing in more families actively searching for support
• The site now appears across a much wider range of relevant search terms

As visibility expanded, average rankings and click rates adjusted. This is a natural part of growth when a site begins reaching new audiences and entering more competitive search spaces.

What matters most is that NDHS is now consistently showing up where it matters.
