    Overview

Made to Help is an NDIS provider offering support coordination and disability services across Melbourne. They partnered with Hello Juno to rebuild their website and create a scalable digital presence that generates consistent visibility and enquiries through organic search.

Their previous website lacked structure, clarity, and search performance. It was not effectively reaching users searching for NDIS services, limiting their growth potential. The goal was to design and develop a high performing website supported by SEO and smart systems that would position them competitively in the Melbourne market.

    Strategy

Our strategy focused on three key areas: SEO visibility, user experience, and long term scalability.

We began with keyword research targeting high intent searches such as support coordinator Melbourne and disability support services Melbourne. This informed the entire structure of the website, ensuring each page was aligned with what users are actively searching for.

We mapped out a clear and simple user journey to help participants and families easily understand the services and take action. In the NDIS space, clarity is critical, so content was structured to be accessible and easy to navigate.

To support long term growth, we built a custom CMS that allows the Made to Help team to manage content, publish blogs, and expand into new service areas without relying on developers.

We also introduced Alice, an AI voice admin, to assist with internal processes and improve efficiency in handling enquiries.

    Design

The design reflects professionalism, trust, and accessibility.

We created a clean and modern interface with strong typography and a clear layout that guides users through the website. Each section is designed to build confidence and make it easy for users to understand services and get in touch.

Content is presented in a simple and structured format to ensure accessibility for all users, including participants and their families. Subtle animations and smooth transitions enhance the experience while maintaining fast performance.

    Development

The website was developed as a high performance, mobile first platform with a strong technical SEO foundation.

We implemented a custom CMS tailored to Made to Help’s needs, giving their team full control over content updates and future growth. This allows them to easily add new pages, update services, and continue improving their SEO.

Technical SEO was built into the site, including structured data, optimised page speed, and clean code. These elements ensure the website performs well and is easily understood by search engines.

Alice, the AI voice admin, was integrated to support internal workflows, helping streamline enquiry handling and administrative tasks.

    SEO Implementation

SEO was embedded into every part of the project.

We optimised all pages with targeted keywords and implemented a strong internal linking structure to improve rankings. Service pages were designed to capture high intent searches and attract qualified users.

Location based pages were also created to target suburb specific searches across Melbourne. This allows Made to Help to appear in local search results where users are actively looking for nearby providers.

An ongoing content strategy was also implemented, enabling continuous growth through blog publishing and content updates.

    Results

The results demonstrate strong growth in visibility and search performance.

Search impressions increased by 47 percent, showing that the website is now appearing in front of significantly more users searching for NDIS services. This increase in visibility is a key driver of long term growth.

Average search position improved by 42 percent on Google. This is a major improvement that positions the website much closer to page one rankings for high intent keywords.

Local performance has also strengthened. Users are actively engaging with the business through calls, directions, and website visits via Google. Web clicks from the local profile have increased since the beginning of the year, indicating growing trust and recognition within the community.

These results show that the website is gaining authority and building momentum in search.

    Outcome

Made to Help now has a scalable and high performing website built for long term growth.

The website acts as a lead generation platform supported by SEO, structured content, and strong technical performance. With the custom CMS, the team can continue expanding their services and improving visibility over time.

The addition of Alice, the AI voice admin, has improved internal efficiency by supporting enquiry handling and administrative tasks.

Most importantly, Made to Help is now positioned as a competitive and trusted provider in the Melbourne NDIS space. They are reaching more users, building authority in search, and creating a strong foundation for continued growth.
