    Overview

    2B Inclusive is a trusted NDIS provider delivering Positive Behaviour Support in Adelaide and across South Australia. Their mission is to provide neurodiversity affirming, evidence based care that empowers individuals and supports families. However, their previous website did not reflect the quality of their services, nor did it perform effectively in search engines.

    Hello Juno was engaged to redesign the website, improve user experience, and implement a strong SEO strategy to increase online visibility and generate consistent enquiries. The goal was not just to create a visually appealing website, but to build a high performing digital asset that drives measurable results.

    Strategy

    Our approach focused on aligning user experience with search intent.

    We began by mapping out the journey of key users, including NDIS participants, carers, and referral partners. This allowed us to structure the website in a way that clearly communicates services while making it easy for users to take action.

    From an SEO perspective, we identified high intent keywords such as positive behaviour support Adelaide, NDIS behaviour support provider Adelaide, and behaviour support services South Australia. These keywords were strategically integrated into the website structure, headings, and content.

    We also planned for long term scalability. A major part of the strategy was implementing a custom CMS that would allow the 2B Inclusive team to easily manage and expand their content. This ensures the website can grow alongside their business and continue improving rankings over time.

    Local SEO was another key focus. We optimised the website to strengthen its presence in Adelaide by incorporating location based content, structured data, and consistent service area signals throughout the site. In addition, we designed and implemented a custom interactive map that highlights the service areas across Adelaide and surrounding regions. This not only improves user clarity but also strengthens local SEO signals by reinforcing geographic relevance.

    Design

    The design was crafted to reflect trust, inclusivity, and professionalism.

    We used a soft, calming colour palette combined with modern gradients to create a welcoming feel. The design avoids clinical or overly corporate tones, instead focusing on warmth and approachability which aligns with the nature of Positive Behaviour Support services.

    Clear typography and strong visual hierarchy ensure that users can easily navigate the site and understand the information presented. The homepage immediately communicates the core service offering, supported by trust signals such as NDIS registration, years of experience, and a neurodiversity affirming approach.

    Custom design elements, including rounded image containers and soft shadows, were used to create a friendly and human centred interface. Real imagery was prioritised to build authenticity and emotional connection with users.

    We also introduced subtle design animations to enhance the experience. These animations include smooth transitions, hover interactions, and content reveal effects that guide users through the page. The animations are purposeful and lightweight, adding a modern touch without compromising performance.

    The custom map was also designed to align with the overall visual identity. It features clean styling, soft colours, and intuitive interaction, making it easy for users to understand where services are available at a glance.

    Development

    The website was developed with performance, flexibility, and SEO in mind.

    We built the site as a fast loading, mobile first platform, ensuring it performs seamlessly across all devices. Clean code and optimised assets were implemented to achieve strong loading speeds, which is critical for both user experience and search rankings.

    A custom CMS was developed specifically for 2B Inclusive. This allows the team to easily manage service pages, publish blog content, and update information without technical knowledge. The CMS is structured to support SEO best practices, ensuring all new content is properly formatted with headings, metadata, and internal links.

    The custom interactive map was developed to dynamically display service areas. It integrates seamlessly into the CMS, allowing updates as the business expands into new locations. This ensures the map remains accurate and continues to support both user experience and SEO performance.

    Animations were carefully developed using lightweight techniques to maintain site speed while improving engagement. Every element was tested to ensure it contributes positively to the overall experience.

    We also implemented structured data to help search engines better understand the website content. This enhances the potential for improved search visibility and rich results.

    The final result is a high performing website that effectively represents the 2B Inclusive brand while driving measurable business growth.

    The new design creates a strong first impression and builds trust with users from the moment they land on the site. The addition of animations enhances engagement and provides a modern user experience.

    With the implementation of the custom CMS, the 2B Inclusive team now has full control over their content. This enables them to continuously expand their website and strengthen their SEO performance over time.

    The custom map has improved both usability and local visibility, helping users quickly understand service areas while reinforcing geographic relevance for search engines.

    From an SEO perspective, the website is now positioned for long term success. Improvements in keyword rankings, search visibility, and local presence have already been achieved, with increased impressions and stronger positioning in Adelaide based search results.
